Giving it one star only because I have to in order to post this review. Very disappointed in this establishment. By far the worst customer service I have ever received with a business. Dropped my truck off in the morning to get new tires installed, received a message in the afternoon saying my truck was ready to go. I go in pay my bill and I'm on my way. As I approach my truck I immediately notice a big scratch in the drivers door right by the door handle. I head back inside to find the owner, he comes out to have a look then brings out his mechanic. They both deny having caused the huge scratch and then the owner tells me that is why I have insurance. Correct me if I'm wrong, but if my vehicle gets damaged while in your possession you are 100% responsible, and that's why you as the business owner have insurance. He had the chance to make this right and then last minute told me he would not pay for this. If you take your vehicle here, make sure you take pictures of it before leaving it in their hands. Pathetic business.

Great customer service. Friendly people. Service was done within an hour so I stayed and read Facebook posts etc. Time seemed quick!

Ron and the team are fantastic. He was able to diagnose the issue, call and give me a price, and do the repair in a really quick turnaround. I get my 6monthly car serviced with Ron. He is honest and professional and will always go the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.

Ron and team are far and away the best shop I’ve ever taken my car to. Courteous, knowledgeable, friendly, quick and transparent with their work and costs. I’d recommend them highly.

If you’re reading these reviews whether or not to bring your vehicle here… trust me DO IT. Ron is a true hero mechanic and person. He explains things so well to people (me) who don’t understand much about vehicles. I originally had brought my vehicle into a dealership and got quoted 5000 dollars worth of front end maintenance. I decided to take it out and bring here to Napa for a second opinion. Well I am so happy I did!! I didn’t need all of that excess front end work done the that the dealership quoted me for. Ron was very thorough and upfront about everything he was going to do and how to do it with my van. I ended up just needing a wheel alignment to fix the issue (and it did). I will always bring my vehicle here from now on! Front end amazing customer service as well!!
