If you’re reading these reviews whether or not to bring your vehicle here… trust me DO IT. Ron is a true hero mechanic and person. He explains things so well to people (me) who don’t understand much about vehicles. I originally had brought my vehicle into a dealership and got quoted 5000 dollars worth of front end maintenance. I decided to take it out and bring here to Napa for a second opinion. Well I am so happy I did!! I didn’t need all of that excess front end work done the that the dealership quoted me for. Ron was very thorough and upfront about everything he was going to do and how to do it with my van. I ended up just needing a wheel alignment to fix the issue (and it did). I will always bring my vehicle here from now on! Front end amazing customer service as well!!

As someone who panics about any car issues, this shop is such a safe and ideal place to go. They got my car in and fixed way quicker than I expected and for a really fair price, and I feel safe driving it again. When I expressed my anxieties, they assured me and even educated me about the parts of my car that were fixed and why it was having problems to begin with. I’ve never felt so respected at a mechanic. If you’re one of the many people who has been made to feel stupid for not being car-savvy, you don’t have to worry about that here. I would recommend this shop to absolutely everyone.

Came in to have my vehicle inspected as I’m a new BC resident switching everything over from Alberta. Phoned ahead of time to schedule it. When it came time for the inspection, Ron was prompt (it was done 3 hours after I brought the vehicle in) and very informative. They gave me a reasonable quote for a few items that needed work, but luckily those issues did not impact the inspection which we passed! I’ll definitely be returning in the future. Thanks again for the great service!

I sent a vehicle for a prepurchase inspection. In spite of it being dropped off late by the dealership on a Friday, they went through the vehicle thoroughly. Subsequently they followed up with a phone call to cover the issues they found. In the end I chose not to purchase it and feel they saved me alot of money long term. All levels of service was excellent. It was money well spent.
