Ron and Kamie were very easy to communicate with, very open and honest about what needed to be done. Ron was able to source out some difficult-to-find parts for my vehicle, and my vehicle is now running again, smoother and better than before.

I've been visiting them for years and Ron and team are always quick to reply and provide terrific service.

I would not recommend using Napa Auto vehicle for pre-purchase inspection services. Based on their report, the car had a few issues, and we discussed potential costs to fix them. However, they did not mention that the vehicle was super rusted from underneath. They should have recommended not purchasing a vehicle as rusted cars cause lots of headaches to fix.

Went in for a wheel alignment on my 4runner. The process was straight forward without any surprises and Ron was super helpful with all my concerns. My truck rides straight as an arrow! Recommended!

While traveling through Nanaimo my vehicle broke down and I found Napa. Service I received was top notch. I really appreciate Ron and his team fitting me in while they were short staffed. Repairs done quickly and completely. I didn't have to delay my travels more than a couple of hours. Thank you!

Nice and clean but busy shop. Ron diagnosed problem right away but unable to repair right away. Gave me a quote and said it would be ready by next day, morning. As promised, it was ready and right at quote cost. Car steering so much better. Thanks Ron
