The company does not pressure you to get repairs that are not immediately needed or a safety concern. Saying that, safety is their number one priority and I have always felt they were fair and honest with repair suggestions that were necessary. I do not get the feeling that they are trying to make a "buck" but more the feeling that they are treating me the way they would like to be treated by a business. Loyal, honest, integrity. Good old fashioned characteristics that build a business.
