A family member needed to meet an upcoming important deadline of which her car was needing a safety inspection done. Ron was able to accommodate a safety inspection before the deadline. The day the car was to arrive to the shop for the appointment, the key snapped in the door lock. Ron jumped into action and got the key issue resolved quickly and the car made it to the appointment. I like the people and service. I get a detailed list of the minor problems with my vehicle. However it would be helpful if I also received more detail on the minor problems with with a cost estimate to address the minor problems. I will continue to have my vehicle serviced NAPA AUTOP,RO.

Great shop! They took care of my alignment, brake flush and changed my power steering fluid all in one stop. They inspected and noticed the rear wheels needed aligning and we got that all taken care of to. Thanks to Ron and his friendly crew!
