If you're like me - old and skeptical ;>) - you sometimes wonder when you see a place with high ratings. Well rest assured, the high ratings for Mid Island are right on and well deserved! I've been fighting a misfire on my '99 high top Explorer van. Well known service centre up Island did some work, but the problem persisted. I called Mid Island on our way south to see if they could fit me in. Long story short, the van is repaired. Ron and his team identified a few items (spark plug wires, coil, distributor cap/rotor, engine sensor) that needed to be replaced. Price was fair and service was fantastic. Ron and his team are top notch. Super customer service!

Ron & his team completed my interprovincial vehicle inspection, setting the appt and completing the inspection within 2 days! Ron has an eye for detail and great communication, calling before making any major decisions. I'll be returning to this Napa next time I need a repair!
