One of the most amazing customer service experiences I've ever had. Very professional and super friendly. Ron, the mechanic, is very kind and trustworthy and I felt being so completely taken care of. If I ever need a service again, this is, definitely, going to be the place.

The service was exemplary. I have a classic car and asked many other "car guys" where should I take my car now that my mechanic retired, "Ron at Mid Island Auto" name came up repeatedly so I booked my appointment. Not only did he fix problems with my car that previous mechanics had been unable to, but he found others that I didn't know existed, and that they had missed. After 10 years of bouncing between shops, the car now runs better than it ever has. It was "hard to find a good mechanic" but I have found one in Ron and his crew at Mid Island Automotive.

I have been a satisfied customer of Mid Island for several years now. Ron and his team always exceed expectation. Professional, honest, thorough and dependable are the folks at Mid Island Auto and your vehicle could not be in better hands.

Got me in right away with a serious brake problem. Very professional service by everyone evolved. Gave me a ride to work after dropping off my vehicle. Ron went over everything with me after the repairs, instead of just being handed the receipt on the way out the door like many places. The shop is spotless, which I think really speaks to the professionalism of this place. 10/10 would recommend.
