great customer service! the lead tech and owner took the time to listen to my concerns, and took his time explaining everything to me. when they disassembled my car they found additional issues that needed to be addressed, they saved me money in the long run, and the workmanship is top notch! and i felt they took care of my car and genuinely care about your vehicle and of course their customers! well done Ron and Susan and the rest of the staff at Mid Island Automotive Repairs. would not hesitate to take my Corvette back to them for any repairs and hope that when my Jeep needs work they can take care of that for me as well. one of the best experiences I've had at any business especially automotive! thank you very much, looking forward to many miles of fun in my newly repaired sports car. sincerely, Julian Cass i wanted to add another review of this business but i can seem to only add to the one i have already posted, so here goes. i just had some work done on another vehicle of mine, a 2012 Jeep Wrangler, my friends and i installed a lift kit and the steering needed adjustment. Ron and his techs installed a steering part that came with the kit that we were unable to install at the time, they also did a front end alignment and my Jeep steers probably better than it did before the lift kit! awesome customer service, they check out your vehicle to make sure it's up to their high standards of safety before it leaves the shop and make sure you are happy! they keep in contact with you after the fact to insure you have no issues with the repairs or work done, they have great offers for additional services that don't cost extra, amazing quality of work done. hands down the best automotive shop i have experienced ! keep up the good work guys! sincerely, Julian Cass
