Ron and his team at Mid Island Automotive have been my go-to people for servicing of my 2011 Nissan Quest SV since I purchased it in 2020. I count on them to give my van all it needs, as well as any thoughts on what it may need in the future. I appreciate this kind of heads up as it helps me to ensure my budget is ready for what's coming next. They recently serviced my van in preparation for a trip I took from Nanaimo, BC, to Fort McMurray AB. I had left booking the appointment to the last minute so I was grateful to get it into the shop the day before I was scheduled to hop on a ferry. A little while into the servicing they inform me that my back breaks are pretty much metal on metal (probably a result of many recent trips to Tofino and back, lol) so for safety's sake I should get them replaced asap. Unfortunately they didn't have the parts on hand. When I stated that I was booked on the first ferry the next day, they found a way to get the parts in time to do all the necessary work, and by the end of their work day I was on my way, and safely so. Like always, because of Ron and his team's work, I felt confident on the road, and my van rode like a dream. It was a very long and very wonderful drive. You've got me as a client for life :)
