Brought in my BMW M3 for a much needed servicing prior to a big road trip. They found a way to fit me in on short notice and tight timelines and completed the work fast and professionally. My interactions with both Susan and Ron were professional and friendly. In my brief time interacting with them (I am not from Vancouver Island) they managed to establish a level of trust in their integrity and capabilities like few others I have dealt with. On a follow up visit after the road trip, Ron went above and beyond in investigating an issue that was unrelated to their previous work. When I return to Vancouver Island in the future, Mid Island Automotive will be my first choice for any required work routine or otherwise.
